Sales Tax
Customers residing in California will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Payment
For US Domestic orders:
Orders placed online or by mail, we accept the following cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express.
For International Orders:
Orders placed online or by mail, we prefer American Express and Visa and Mastercard may take longer in verification.
Important!: To verify your credit card payment, please provide the same billing address which is shown on your credit card statement.
iShining.com is operated by PCE International, Inc. Therefore all credit card charges will be made under PCE International, Inc.
Out of Stock
We try hard to keep our merchandise in stock. But in case the merchandise you order is not available, we will notify you via e-mail and ship the item when it is ready.
Shipping
We can ship your order to other than same billing address as your credit card is billed to. Please provide us correct credit card is billing information for bill to address.
Any returned packages due to undeliverable address will not be seller's responsibility. We will contact the customer for re-shipping charges unless the customer request for a cancellation.
US Domestic Shipment
For US domestic orders, we ship products to you via US Postal Service and UPS within 48 business hours. Shipping costs are based on the total weight and size of your order. Customers can select the shipping method and shipping charges will be shown when you check out your shopping cart.
-Delivery Time is based on business days. (we are closed on national holidays, January 1st and 2nd.)
-The order recieved after 8:00am PST(M-F) will be next business day's order.
-Express service is available only for the contiguous United States.
-Any shipment to APO/FPO address, PO Box and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Priority Mail. The shipment to APO address might take up to 30 days of a deliverly time during the holiday season. 2nd day service is not available for PO BOX, APO, FPO addresses.
Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
International Shipment
For International orders, we ship products to you by Express Mail Service (EMS) only due to shipment tracking purposes (actual shipping charge plus handling charge will apply). We will notify our customers about final shipping charges via e-mail.
Please note that orders will be automatically cancelled, if there's no response from our customers within 3 days after our notification.
We are not responsible for delay or confiscation due to government regulation. Any duty and/or Tax will be charged to recipients. For more information about customs regulations, please contact the customs department of your country.
Return Policy
1.Returns and Exchange must be made within 7days from receipt date.
2.Items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition with ALL ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING MATERIALS AND PAPAREWORK.
3.No refunds, exchanges and returns on Pillows, T-Shirts and Shorts unless the product is defective item when received. Defective products must be notified to us within 72 hours from receipt date.
Please be advised that if the item is not authorized as a defective product by a manufacturer, we will not be able to replace, exchange, and or refund.
4.Returns and Exchange will only be accepted with a Return Marchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) clearly marked on the outside of package. To obtain Return Authorization Number, call (310)320-0606 or E-Mail: order@ishining.com .
5.Returns and Exchange must arrive within 10 days after issued Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
6.Insure your package. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
7.Non-Defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
8.We do not refund shipping charges.
9.Include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
10.We will charge a RESHIPPING CHARGE for all Exchange requests.
11.Return authorization and refund may take up to 10-15 business days depending on individual case.

International Customers: The following statement must be written on the Custom Declaration and the invoice in the returned package: United States Goods Being Returned for Repair or ExchangeE
